Spring into Summer every Wednesday from 23rd April until Wednesday 16th July (with a break at Half Term). Beginners welcome. Focus on breathing techniques which have been found to help regulate the nervous system, increase oxygenation, help you to relax and sleep. Gentle postures to calm anxiety. Uplifting flows to help lift the spirit. Strengthen your core, ease aches in your back, neck, shoulders and legs. Join a welcoming space, small number of people allowing you to relax and adapt poses to suit each person. There are techniques that you can take home giving you tools to use every day. Relaxation at the end of the session refreshing you for the day. Every week, there is a recording for you to use in addition to coming to the session. I have been teaching yoga for over 9 years and have found that yoga has had so many positive benefits – physical, neurological and emotional with many evidence based research underlying these ancient practices.
