Welcome to Kingsclere Village Club

We are a community centre in Kingsclere, with a large garden and patio area.

  • Offering rooms of various sizes for private hire
  • Hosting numerous classes, local clubs and associations
  • Running regular high quality, low cost events
  • Providing space for community services such as the Police Office, Parish Council Office and the Community Library.

COVID-19 latest news: RULE OF 6. The Club can remain open and hold classes, events or meetings with more than six attending. It is the responsibility of those attending to ensure they do not socialise in groups of more than 6 people from different households. Please help us to keep COVID-SAFE by following all instructions and guidance. Thank you

The ground floor is wheelchair accessible, and includes a spacious toilet with grab rails and low level sink. The main hall has a hearing loop system installed which is linked to a PA. The stair lift tht once provided access to the first floor is out of order and beyond repair. Activities whose participant have an access need are being relocated downstairs until resolved.

If you are able to leave your car at home, please do; if you need to drive please park carefully. The Holding Field public car park (in front of the bowls club) is one minutes walk away — and was enlarged in 2019. We have bike racks and the bus stops for both Newbury and Basingstoke directions are outside the club.
