Join Zen Fitness with Rachel for fun, friendly and welcomingexercise classes for older adults or those looking for gentle exercise.
Tai Chi QiGong can be practiced standing or seated and gently benefits flexibility, stability, balance and provides a release to stress through active relaxation.
Times: 1pm and 3pm
Zumba Gold is fun exercise to music that you can do at you rown pace to help you get and keep fit. Benefits include cardiovascular health,muscle conditioning and flexibility.
Time: 2pm
Drop in and try a taster class for free. Classes from £6 per session with a class pack, or £8 per session for pay as you go.
