Therapeutic poses to help with stimulating circulation, thyroid, managing menopause symptoms, menstrual pains and other ailments. Have worked with clients who have had plantar fasciitis, rheumatism, arthritis and general body fatigue. Clients include keen cyclists and equestrians to ease tight muscles. Also like to help with therapeutic issues — stress, tension, depression, malaise and kick start gently peoples' foray into exercise. Yoga for me complements our busy, stressful lifestyles and helps balance our bodies and minds. I tailor the classes to suit the people in it and offer different levels for the postures. I also incorporate other influences .. for example Somatics. I like to feel that we are constantly learning and growing. I teach to music and incorporate time at the end of relaxation and contemplation with the help of a singing bowl and sounds of the sea. Our group in Kingsclere is friendly and supportive and welcome new people to our class."
