Aimed at the over 60s this gentle on-line class will help joint mobility and include a social element too.
Course requirements are a sturdy chair (such as a dining room chair), a wall, comfortable clothing and an ability to use zoom.
Students will need to complete a medical questionnaire before attending the class.
This class takes place on Tuesdays 9.30am-10.15am. This initial course runs for 4 weeks on 2/9/16/ 23 March 2020

Happy Birthday to Us!2021 marks 100 years of Kingsclere Village Club. The club was given to the village in 1921 by the Holding Family in memory of William and Mary Alice Holding, to be used for the benefit of the people of Kingsclere.
