Join Sarah for a comforting, gentle and restorative yoga practice. When we become present with our breath and come into a place of stillness we are able to calm our nervous system, allowing our bodies to release any stored tension and stress. Easing pain and discomfort within the mind and the body will help you to face lifes challenges. In this 6 week course you will experience the importance of breath, yoga, myofascial release and mindfulness.
All levels are welcome.
This class takes place on Zoom Mondays 7.45pm-9pm. If covid restrictions are lifted some 'in person' classes can take place. The class follows the Hampshire school dates. This initial course runs for 6 weeks and costs £52.50.
Dates are 22 February, 1/8/15/22/29 March.
