Yoga with Anna Wilson
Wednesday evenings 7pm-8pm Term time only (Main Hall), once a Month at the Methodist School Room
The sessions include asanas (posture) and pranayama (breathing techniques). They are devised to increase strength and flexibilty whilst developing better postural habits and mental well being. Classes are mixed ability, and tailored to the specific needs of those attending the class
The Spring 2019 term for this class is 12 weeks and participants pay in advance, £80 for the full term. (£2 discount for BACS payment.) Term starts 9th January 2019, no class on 20th February for Half Term.
