Wednesday mornings after Easter we hope to start yoga for people who have limited mobility A chair yoga class is aimed at people who find it difficult to get up and down from the floor and works mainly on upper body mobility .. shoulders, neck, chest, arms, wrists and hands and mobilising the spine. Some gentle legs and hip postures can be used too. Clients can also work on breath control and using the lungs efficiently and breathing using the whole diaphragm. Our teacher has gained disctintion in her British Wheel of Yoga qualifiations. Please contact us to express interest so we can gauge demand.
